Our Mission and Vision
The mission of Sustaining the Soul that Serves is “to provide educational programs for emerging and seasoned service leaders to support them in renewing and sustaining themselves in their personal lives and in their service.
The mission is guided by the vision that “soul sustaining practices enable leaders to renew themselves and to be architects of a just world that works for everyone,”
Our Goals
The overarching goal is to support leaders in discovering and rediscovering practices to:
- Sustain themselves in their work
- Maintain healthy balance in life
- Become more conscious leaders
- Avoid burn-out and manage stress
- Ponder the “soul” of their service
